APEX Enterprise Inc. ("we") processes the personal information collected through the business inquiry form and the launch notification sign-up on apexobj.com in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Purpose
- Business inquiries: to review and respond to project inquiries and provide quotes.
- Launch notifications: to email new collection and drop news to people who opted in.
2. Information collected
- Business inquiries — required: company, name, email, message; optional: estimated quantity.
- Launch notifications — required: email.
3. Retention
- Business inquiries: kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted. If a transaction follows, records are kept for the periods required by law.
- Launch notifications: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Sharing
We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent or a legal basis.

7. Security
Information is exchanged only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is limited to the staff handling inquiries.
